Real Estate Investment Project: the full house renovation included a complete finished basement and adding a new bath, replacing the backyard deck, new engineered floors throughout the house, interior and exterior paint, three existing bathroom update. In the kitchen area one wall was removed and a bay window was added to achieve an open floor plan. The new kitchen layout allows better flow, more storage and increased work space. New kitchen included new appliances, new cabinets with soft closing mechanisms, and granite countertop. I worked in the role of designer and project manager for this 2 months renovation.
